Welcome to RntHomecare. By helping our physiotherapy benefits, you decide to relent with the following terms and conditions:

Service Scope:

 Our licensed physiotherapists deliver therapies custom to particular needs. Services are generally based on last appointments only.

Booking and Cancellation:

 Payments must be made either prior to the session or at the time of booking. After services are delivered, refunds are not available. Unused sessions for pre-paid packages are not refundable, although they can be transferred upon request.

Payments and Refunds:

 Payments must be made at the time of booking or before the session. Once services have been rendered, refunds will not be granted. For prepaid packages, any sessions that remain unused are non-refundable; however, they can be transferred upon request.

Liability:

 RntHomecare is committed to providing care of the utmost quality. Nevertheless, we cannot be held responsible for any pre-existing conditions, injuries resulting from failure to adhere to prescribed exercises or delays in recovery attributable to external circumstances.

Privacy: 

Your personal and medical information will be maintained in strict confidentiality and utilized solely for treatment purposes, by relevant legal regulations.

Termination: 

RntHomecare retains the authority to terminate services in instances of non-compliance, inappropriate behavior, or violation of the established terms.
